Returns & refunds

Our 30-day taste promise. If a coffee is not for you, email us within 30 days of delivery. We will send a different coffee or refund the bag to your original payment method. No need to send opened coffee back.

Brew gear and mugs. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Grinders carry a two-year warranty against defects.

Damaged or wrong items. Tell us within 14 days with a photo and we will replace it at no cost, including shipping.

Subscriptions. You can skip, change or cancel a subscription from your account at any time before the next roast date. Deliveries that have already shipped are covered by the policy above.
